With over 20 years of MEP consulting experience in Central and South Florida, Peter has shaped a wide variety of spaces—from tenant improvements, commercial and residential developments to industrial, municipal, and educational facilities. His passion for architecture began at 14 in his native Dalmatia, where he studied architectural design before moving to the U.S. and starting his MEP consulting career in 1996.

Driven by passion for architecture, Peter specializes in delivering tailored MEP solutions that seamlessly integrate with architectural programs, enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and the human experience. He enjoys finding creative ways to make buildings work smarter, ensuring every space serves its purpose with precision.

A Florida resident since 1992, Peter now calls Daytona Beach home. Outside of his professional work, he appreciates the coastal lifestyle, shooting hoops at a neighborhood playground, and expressing his creativity through fingerstyle guitar. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University (2006) and a J.D. from FIU College of Law (2009).
